Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your product. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
ELIGIBILITY
Products that are more than 80% consumed are not eligible for return or exchange.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
To return an item, place it securely in its original packaging. Our rider will bring the replacement items and retrieve the unsatisfactory ones. Product(s) received as replacement/exchange items CAN ONLY BE PRODUCT(S) YOU ORIGINALLY PURCHASED.
REFUND PROCESS
If you do not wish you receive a replacement product, you will be refunded in the form of a store voucher with a value corresponding to that of the unsatisfactory item.
